• For controlled positioning. The Position Feedback Actuators include an integral linear resistive transducer for continuous position sensing. They are designed for applications where magnetic position sensing is impractical, where variations in cylinder speed or stroke are needed, or where an operation requires constant monitoring of cylinder position.

Smart "Position Feedback" pneuture rotary actuator

• For controlled positioning. Lightweight, small-bore pneumatic actuator provides continuous position sensing. Rotary potentiometer assembly mounted inside the actuator provides position feedback information. Ideal for applications where the use of external magnetic position sensing switches is impractical; where variations in actuator rotation or speed are needed; where an operation requires constant monitoring of actuator position or where repeatability is required. Bore sizes: 1-1/2" and 2". When combined with a Pneumatic Control System, the repeatability of the system can be achieved up to +/-0.5 of a degree at an average rotational velocity of 150 degrees per second

• The SDU-5000 series offers unique and practical method of controlling pressure or vacuum electronically. This is accomplished by interfacing a stepping motor and gear box to a modified 800 or 900 series subminiature regulators. A calibration report included with every unit provides a detailed test data including a scale factor that corresponds to a slope that will yield a open loop accuracy including linearity, repeatability and hysteresis, of < +/- 3% FS. The unit can also be interfaced with Airtrols 4103/4104 series spring biased comparators.
